| Q | How do I generate a report in WatPro? |
| A | Use the Report Setup window (under the Model menu) to set your report options. Make sure you select “Save to File”, “Send to Printer” or both. Close the window and run the WatPro model. The report will be generated using the results from the model run. |
| Q | Why can’t I open the plant “example.ww” in my WatPro Demo? |
| A | When WatPro is running in demonstration mode, it is capable of opening only one file, “demo.ww”. Once registered, WatPro uses “example.ww” as it’s default example plant file. If you have accidentally damaged or lost the file “demo.ww” and would like to review the demonstration version of WatPro, you can download another copy of the file here. |
| Q | Why can’t I print a report from WatPro? |
| A | Check the “Report Setup” option “Send Report to Printer” has been selected and that a filename has been chosen. Open the “Printer Setup” window from “Report Setup” and verify that WatPro is looking for the correct printer. |
| Q | Why is the text in the model output screen overlapping? |
| A | Check that your display settings are using “Small” fonts. Open Control Panel and double-click on the Display icon. Under the Settings tab, click the Advanced button. On the General tab, change the font setting to “Small”. This bug will be fixed in the next release of WatPro. |
| Q | What is the file watpro2.tmp that appears on my desktop? |
| A | If you have created a shortcut to WatPro2.exe, the program will use the location of the shortcut as the current directory. The file watpro2.tmp is a temporary file generated while running the WatPro model. You would not normally see this file. To fix this problem, do the following :
