Model SH series probes are ideal for measuring the temperatures of moving or rotating surfaces. The SH series is better suited to small measurement targets than the U series.
Most probes come in either Type K (Cromel-Alumel), or Type E (Nickel-Chromium/Constantan). Specific parts of this probe, like the cable length and pipe length can be customized for your specific application.
